What WaymakerOS isn't

Every platform claims a wide scope. Here is where ours actually stops, and what to use instead — because finding that out two weeks into a build is expensive, and finding it out here is free.

WaymakerOS is not an IDE
We are not a code editor, and we are not trying to become one. Build with whatever you already use; this is where what you build runs.
WaymakerOS does not replace your CRM
If you have a CRM that works, keep it. We connect to it rather than asking you to migrate off it, and that is a deliberate scope decision rather than a gap we intend to close.
WaymakerOS is not a container platform
Ambassadors are request- and schedule-scoped: they wake, do the work, and shut down. If you need a process that stays resident, this is the wrong platform and no configuration will change that.
