Waymaker uses organization-based billing. One billing account per organization, with all users following the same monthly or annual billing cycle. You can assign different license tiers (Platform, Business, Enterprise) to individual users based on their roles and needs.

Yes! That's one of our key advantages. Your CEO can have Enterprise access, managers can use Business tier, and team members can use Platform tier - all on the same organization account with a single billing cycle. This optimizes costs while ensuring everyone has the tools they need.

Annual billing gets you two months free. For example, the Business tier is $79/month or $790/year per user (save $158/year). You can switch between monthly and annual billing, and we'll handle the proration fairly.

Absolutely! You can add or remove users anytime. We use fair proration - when you add a user mid-cycle, you're only charged for the remaining days in the current billing period. When you remove a user, you receive a credit applied to your next invoice.

If you exceed your monthly credit allowance, overage charges apply based on your tier: Platform ($3.00/1K credits), Business ($2.50/1K credits), or Enterprise ($2.00/1K credits). You can monitor your usage in real-time through the WaymakerOne dashboard and set up alerts. Credits are consumed when you use OneAI intelligence features.

OneAI is context-aware AI for your business apps. You don't need OpenAI or Anthropic accounts - OneAI provides pre-packaged intelligence that already knows your workspace, people, goals, and projects. It routes across leading models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, X) and applies Waymaker's Strategic Framework Library. Use it in Waymaker-hosted apps or integrate anywhere via API. Pay-per-use credits only.

All plans include access to Commander (Integrated Management Experience), Sync (AI context memory), OneAI (trained business agent), Apps platform (build and host custom tools), and the Strategic Framework Library. The difference is in AI credit allowances, AI Memory storage, and support levels.

Apps and Agents are free to host - they're included in your license. You only pay for AI credit consumption when apps use OneAI intelligence features via the Context API. Basic data access (workspace/projects/teams) costs $0.001 per request. AI intelligence costs $0.001 plus credit consumption (typically 150-1000 credits depending on complexity).

The Partner License is a separate license required to access the Partner app, which is designed for Waymaker consultants and advisory firms. Partners must purchase both a One License (Platform/Business/Enterprise) AND a Partner License to access Partner-specific features. Contact sales for Partner licensing details.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. For annual plans, you'll retain access until your annual term ends, but you won't be charged for the next year.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe payment processing. For Enterprise customers and annual contracts over $10,000, we also offer invoice billing with NET 30 terms.
