The Waymaker One Pass is your single license to the entire WaymakerOS platform. Every tier — Platform, Business, and Enterprise — includes all 20 Commander tools, Host (Apps + Ambassadors), Sync, OneAI, and the Strategic Framework Library. Tiers differ only by capacity: credits, storage, and AI routing.

Credits are the universal currency for compute across WaymakerOS. They power OneAI intelligence, email campaigns (Journeys), video conferencing, transcription, SMS notifications, and AI features in custom apps. Your tier includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can buy additional credit packs anytime.

Yes. Every Waymaker One Pass tier includes the full product suite — Commander with all 20 tools, Host for building apps and ambassadors, Sync for IDE integration, OneAI, and the Strategic Framework Library. The only difference between tiers is the amount of credits, storage, and the AI routing priority you get.

Internal apps and ambassadors are free and unlimited — included in your license with no per-seat charges. Public-facing apps are $10/month per app, a flat fee that includes hosting, bandwidth, and compute with no surprise bills. Custom domains for public apps are an additional $5/month per domain with automatic SSL and global CDN.

Waymaker uses organization-based billing with a single billing account per organization. You can assign different license tiers to individual users based on their needs — your CEO on Enterprise, managers on Business, team members on Platform. Adding or removing users is prorated fairly.

Overage charges apply based on your tier: Platform ($3.00/1K credits), Business ($2.50/1K credits), or Enterprise ($2.00/1K credits). You can monitor usage in real-time through the dashboard and set alerts. You can also buy credit packs upfront starting at $10.

Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months — for example, Business tier is $79/month or $790/year per seat. You can switch between monthly and annual billing, and we handle proration fairly.

Yes. One billing account, different tiers per user. Your CEO can have Enterprise access while team members use Platform — all on the same organization account with a single billing cycle.

OneAI is context-aware AI for your business. It already knows your workspace, people, goals, and projects — no copy-pasting context. It routes across leading models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and applies Waymaker's Strategic Framework Library. Use it inside Commander, in custom apps via API, or anywhere via Sync.

Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans retain access until the term ends. You can export all your data at any time in standard formats.
